Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting our range of digital marketing services to prospective clients. The day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, cold calling, conducting client meetings, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize an efficient sales process that is scalable and sustainable.
• Identify and pursue leads, conduct meetings, and successfully close sales with daily and weekly target milestones.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to identify target segments, set milestones, and address client concerns and challenges effectively.
• Document, consolidate, and analyze client feedback, communicating insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Manage the sales cycle efficiently by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks to ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and solutions.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
