Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Business Developer. The Business Developer will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve communicating with clients and prospects to understand their marketing goals and guiding them through the process of utilizing our services.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through Upwork and other platforms.
• Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to understand their needs and propose solutions.
• Guide clients through the process of utilizing our services and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

Requirements:
