Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Trainee is responsible for supporting HR team in all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for Integriti Group Inc. The Talent Acquisition Trainee is a contractual position leading to permanent if he/she would provide excellence to the company and showing initiative, follow up and the highest degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in developing effective and proactive hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates for Integriti Group Inc.
• Coordinate applicant communication, conduct job interviews, and assist in internal recruitment processes.
• Conduct pre-screening activities, including technical questionnaires, to assess candidate suitability.
• Meet recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with Integriti Group’s hiring goals and processes.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates to fulfill short- and long-term hiring needs.
• Provide value to the HR department by actively participating in recruitment activities and supporting team initiatives.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Native to strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn independently through video tutorials and online research.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for regular international candidate communications and team collaboration.
• Ability to execute effective recruitment plans and communicate progress effectively.
