As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner to provide information and resolve inquiries.
• Actively listen to customers' concerns and needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maximize sales opportunities by promoting products or services during calls.
• Achieve set targets for sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team performance targets.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a healthy work environment.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
