Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA based project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound calls for medical insurance-related telesales campaigns.
  • Generate valid leads and convert inquiries into sales under the supervision of the sales manager and project manager.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled effectively and documented.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, special requests, artwork, and other relevant files.

Education Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken English.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international call center, specifically in outbound campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage bulk telesales calls efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work from 7 PM to 4 AM, with Saturday and Sunday off.
  • Salary Range: 60000 - 80000
