Job Description:

This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role at Takaful Operations located in Gulshan Town. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and assisting with sales strategies. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
