Job Description:

Seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with experience in local and International Market to join our marketing team. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks. Your goal will be to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective online advertising strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Optimize ad targeting, budget allocation, and ad creative to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and copywriting, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in online advertising.
• Set, track, and exceed campaign performance goals to achieve desired outcomes.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in online advertising, with a strong track record of successful campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of various ad platforms and formats, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Preferred qualifications include certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads, experience with ad automation and programmatic buying, familiarity with marketing automation platforms, and expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
