Job Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Representative proficient in Arabic Language to join our sales team. The successful candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales generation, and maintaining client relationships and have experience working in Middle East markets This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of sales processes, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage with leads acquired through calls, effectively addressing their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the sales head to develop targeted strategies for lead conversion, leveraging insights.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and other platforms.
• Maintain meticulous records of leads and sales activities generated through sales efforts.
• Engage with potential clients in the software sector to create interest, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the software industry landscape, including market trends, competitor activities, and client pain points, to craft compelling messaging and solutions.
• Understand the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of potential clients to ensure the delivery of solutions that resonate with them.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic language (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Must have experience working in Middle East markets such as Saudi Arabia and UAE.
