Job Description:

As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our inventory systems to ensure efficient operations and accurate stock levels. You will implement the FIFO method for stock management, maintain vendor ledgers, and foster strong relationships with our vendors. Additionally, you will assist the accounting department with working capital management and conduct market research to stay informed about product rates.

Responsibilities:

• Daily stock check in and out according to FIFO method.
• Manage supply chain tasks.
• Maintain vendor's ledger.
• Make strong relationships with vendors.
• Take weekly inventory of kitchen and store.
• Research market rates for products.
• Assist the accounting department regarding working capital management.

Education Required:

• Must be a graduate.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with inventory systems.
