Responsibilities:

• Must be fully aware of the products and services offered by the company.
• Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and increase the services offered to clients.
• Educate customers regarding services.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints with the help of their manager.

Education Required:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.

Requirements:

• Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication.
• Experience with SAP.
• Confident and strong personalities, focused on personality enhancement.
