Job Description:

As an HR Intern at Eazisols, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR and gain practical experience in multiple areas of Human Resources. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, processes, and strategies. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations, support HR projects, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Education Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn about HR practices and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
