The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced a scholarship program for Baloch students to provide them with quality education opportunities.
Students from different districts of Balochistan were chosen via written exams. Five of the twenty-five pupils who were chosen are female. Some of the top universities in the United Arab Emirates will be the places where the scholarship recipients will continue their education.
Giving Pakistani youth, particularly those in Balochistan, the chance to pursue global education is the aim of this fellowship. In addition to the Pakistan Army, the scholarship beneficiaries conveyed their appreciation to the governments of Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates for giving them this educational opportunity.
The students stated that this scholarship is an important turning point in their academic careers and that they intend to take advantage of the chance to honor their nation and province.
In a major step forward for the Benazir Bhutto Graduate Scholarship, the Sindh government earlier granted scholarships for six worthy candidates to attend Oxford University.
Following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in London, which formally made these prospects possible, the announcement was made.
During the signing of the MOU, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, the chairman of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), emphasized the value of empowerment and education.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced that, in partnership with Oxford Pakistan, three male and three female Sindhi students will each get these scholarships.
The Honhaar Scholarship Scheme was previously expanded to include students from other provinces with approval from Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
