Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: A master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance), or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized university. A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA), or CPA is preferred but not compulsory.

Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, or loan disbursement. Of this, a minimum of 5 years must be on projects funded by the ADB, World Bank, AIIB, IsDB, or other multilateral development banks (MDBs).

Maximum Age: 55 years

Nationality: Open to Pakistani nationals only
