A mother and son have emerged in the United States after receiving master's degrees on the same day.

Brandi and Kyle Fields were the first mother and son to graduate from Texas Christian University on the same day.

The university announced that Kyle Fields will receive a Master of Liberal Arts degree while his mother, Brandi Fields, will receive an Executive Master of Business Administration degree at the first-ever graduate-only ceremony in its history on Friday.

Brandi Fields said in a statement released by the school that sharing this moment with her son is a dream she never imagined. We have both supported each other through tight deadlines and long nights.

He said that the journey to obtain a graduate degree was long; returning to the classroom after many years was a major challenge; however, the experience of learning with experienced professionals from different backgrounds was extremely beneficial.

Kyle Fields, who works as an equipment manager at Texas Christian University Athletics, said that he plans to work in the sports world in the future. Sports have always been an important part of my life.

He has also said that after graduation, he wants to continue working in the sports industry. My biggest dream is to work for a major sports brand.

Brandi recollected her experience during the graduation day, and she was very emotional. It was her dream of getting a business degree becoming reality.
