The university seeks talented individuals to contribute to research and administrative excellence on project-based and tenure-track roles.

HEC-Funded Project Positions

1. Research Associate (Equivalent to Assistant Professor)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Package: Rs. 130,000 per month
• Duration: 8 months

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development related to the project’s objectives.
• Assist in prototyping and tooling technology development.
• Publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with other team members for project success.

Requirements:

• PhD in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

2. Short-Term Support Staff

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Package: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in research article preparation, communication, and publishing.
• Provide administrative and technical support for the project.
• Ensure smooth project management and coordination.

Requirements:

• DAE in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Mechatronics from a government-recognized institution.
• Strong skills in research writing, communication, and project management.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

Administrative Positions (5-Year Tenure)

1. Registrar (BPS-20)

• Pay Scale: BPS-20

Responsibilities:

• Oversee university administration and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage policies, staff, and documentation for institutional governance.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or B.Sc. in Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 15 years of teaching, administrative, or professional experience in BPS-17 or above, with at least 5 years in BPS-18 or equivalent.
• Age limit: 40–50 years.

2. Treasurer (BPS-20)

• Pay Scale: BPS-20

Responsibilities:

• Manage university finances, audits, and accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning processes.

Requirements:

• CA, ACMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or MA (Economics) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 15 years of experience in auditing or accounts in BPS-17 or above, with at least 5 years in BPS-18 or equivalent.
• Age limit: 40–50 years.

3. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

• Pay Scale: BPS-20

Responsibilities:

• Oversee examination policies, scheduling, and results processing.
• Ensure smooth operations of assessment systems.
• Coordinate with departments for timely examination-related activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or B.Sc. in Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 15 years of teaching, administrative, or professional experience in BPS-17 or above, with at least 5 years in BPS-18 or equivalent.
