Job Description

• Serve as the Principal of Cantt Public Girls High School, Walton Cantt Board, Lahore.
• Oversee the administrative and educational operations of the school.
• Manage a team of educators and support staff.
• Ensure academic excellence and the smooth functioning of the institution.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and parents.
• Implement policies and plans to meet the institution's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school with a focus on academic and administrative excellence.
• Ensure compliance with education standards and policies.
• Manage and supervise all academic programs and extracurricular activities.
• Foster an environment conducive to learning and personal growth for students and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee the overall operations, including budget management and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Ph.D./MPhil/MS in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (preferably) or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute with at least 1st Division/2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree.
• B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferably).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of administrative experience in renowned Matric/Inter Schools or colleges with over 800 students.
