The Inter-Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has stepped up its nationwide efforts to link the IBCC portal with all education boards in the country so that records can be verified.
Several education boards in Punjab, the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, and the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education have already established connections with this system.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) about data sharing was signed between the IBCC and the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar. This partnership will provide IBCC with read-only access to BISE Peshawar's data via an API, simplifying and expediting the process of verifying instructional documents.
IBCC Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Malah and BISE Peshawar Chairman Prof. Nasrullah Khan Yousafzai signed the Memorandum of Understanding. On this day, the IT teams from both schools, the directors of IBCC, and the controller of examinations for BISE Peshawar were also in attendance.

This will remove the requirement that students visit BISE Peshawar, which was previously necessary in order for the IBCC to validate documents. The students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would gain a great deal from this move, which will also open the door for other educational boards in the province to affiliate with IBCC.
Students will save time and money thanks to this effort, as they can now easily apply for IBCC verification and have their academic records confirmed online.
IBCC attestation is needed for students to get admission in universities in Pakistan and abroad. It's a crucial step, and the federal education watchdog checks the authenticity of the documents.
