There is now an opportunity for students to start a fully sponsored study and placement program in China, as per the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to participate in this six-month program, which aims to offer a life-changing educational opportunity that promotes cross-cultural understanding and improves professional abilities.

The newest project from the HEC aims to give academics fresh perspectives and information so they may build the kind of scholarly connections that are essential for success in the modern, globalized world.

Students will investigate career and academic advancement paths through this program, thereby expanding the pool of talent worldwide.

Scholarship Details

All academic subjects are covered by the curriculum, which offers admission to the Bachelor, Master, and PhD levels. The HEC is offering a merit-based scholarship locally that is available to students from all around Pakistan. Applications from interested parties must be submitted by June 15, 2024.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates for master's, doctorate, and undergraduate degrees must have a minimum CGPA of 3 out of 4 in order to be eligible. MS and PhD postgraduate students must have finished their courses and applied to programs in particular fields. Undergraduate applicants must apply within designated subjects and be in their final year of study for a degree.

They also need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their home university for the six-month placement in China and an acceptance letter from a Chinese university ranked in the top 500 by QS, THE, or Shanghai Rankings.

Age limit

Undergraduate students must be 25 years old; Masters students must be 35 years old; and PhD students must be 40 years old.

Using the link, applicants must submit an online application. The online application form should not be sent in printed form. Only those who are chosen for further consideration will be notified that a signed hard copy of the online application must be submitted with the necessary paperwork.
