Job Description

• The Senior Executive Director (Security) will oversee both internal and external security operations.
• They will manage security planning, coordination, and execution to ensure safety and compliance within the organization.
• The position involves developing policies, leading security teams, and mitigating threats or vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

Security Operations Management:

• Oversee security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and organizational assets.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.

Risk Management:

• Plan and coordinate to withstand threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Defence/Security Studies from a recognized university (in Pakistan or abroad).
• Foreign qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
