1. Chief Pilot

Job Description:
The Chief Pilot will oversee and manage the aviation operations, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and efficient flight operations. The role includes leadership, coordination with ground and air teams, and maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage pilots and aviation staff.
• Ensure adherence to flight safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings and supervise the operational readiness of aircraft.
• Monitor flight plans and weather conditions for optimal safety.
• Provide training and mentoring to pilots.
• Maintain records of flight logs and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a pilot with leadership experience.
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or higher.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of flying experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Medical fitness certification from a PCAA-approved medical facility.

2. Pilot

Job Description:
The Pilot will be responsible for flying aircraft and ensuring the safety and efficiency of flights, managing flight plans, and coordinating with crew members and ground control.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate aircraft according to established safety procedures.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight checks.
• Communicate with air traffic control and other relevant agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and protocols.
• Work closely with the crew to manage cabin and passenger safety.

Requirements:

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or higher.
• 3-5 years of relevant flying experience.
• Proficiency in flight planning and navigation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Medical fitness certification from a PCAA-approved facility.

3. Co-Pilot

Job Description:
The Co-Pilot assists the primary pilot in operating the aircraft, helping with navigation, flight control, and ensuring passenger and crew safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pilot in flying the aircraft and handling navigation duties.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks.
• Maintain clear communication with air traffic control.
• Support the Pilot in decision-making during flights.
• Ensure all safety and operational protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or higher.
• 1-3 years of flying experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Medical fitness certification from a PCAA-approved facility.
