Job Description:
PPIF is inviting applications for the following positions:

Documents Controller

• Responsible for handling, organizing, and maintaining official records.
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with policies.
• Supporting administrative tasks and data management.

Computer Operation Cum Typist

• Performing computer-related operations and data entry.
• Managing official records and documents digitally.
• Assisting in administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing official records.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
• Handling data entry and computer operations.
• Coordinating with teams for document management.

Requirements:

Documents Controller

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field (preferably public or social sector).
• Maximum age limit: 35 years.

Computer Operation Cum Typist

• Intermediate + 1-year diploma in IT or Computer Operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably public or social sector).
• Maximum age limit: 35 years.
