The department seeks to hire Medical Officers, Senior Registrars, and Consultants for various specialties.

Job Description:

Locum Doctors will be appointed for temporary deployment at teaching and tertiary care hospitals across Punjab. Positions available include:

• Medical Officers
• Senior Registrars (All Specialties)
• Consultants (All Specialties)

These roles involve providing healthcare services in alignment with the standards of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in line with assigned clinical roles.
• Adhere to medical and ethical standards of practice.
• Contribute to the teaching and supervision of junior medical staff (where applicable).
• Participate in specialty-specific duties as required by the institution.

Requirements:

Medical Officer:

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution in Pakistan
• Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) registration
• Minimum 1-year house job

Senior Registrar (All Specialties):

• MBBS with a Level III postgraduate qualification (FCPS, MS, MD, or equivalent)
• Valid PMDC registration
• Relevant clinical experience in the specialty

Consultants (All Specialties):

• MBBS with a Level IIb (where applicable) or Level III postgraduate qualification (FCPS, MS, MD, or equivalent)
• Valid PMDC registration
• Relevant clinical experience in the specialty
