OPF Public School Gujrat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Principal to lead its academic and administrative operations. This is a contractual role for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Job Description:

Contractual position for Principal (Female) at OPF Public School, Gujrat. Initially for a period of two (02) years, extendable upon satisfactory performance. Monthly salary: PKR 70,000–75,000 (all inclusive)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all academic and administrative functions of the school.
• Ensure satisfactory academic, financial, and institutional performance.
• Develop a positive, effective communication environment with students, parents, and the media.
• Represent the school in public relations, media, and general communications.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Arts/Science with at least 2nd Division and B.Ed./M.Ed./Masters in Education (HEC recognized).
• Higher qualification will be preferred.
• Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Head Mistress in a reputable English Medium Secondary School.
• Excellent communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage active and effective communication.
• Age limit: up to 55 years.
