Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering / Business Administration / Public Administration / Management Sciences / Finance / Commerce / Economics or a member of a recognized professional accounting body.
• Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in Pakistan.
• Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Must meet Fit and Proper Criteria as per relevant laws.
• Preferably prior experience in a power distribution company.
