Pakistan is a developing nation in need of quick changes in the field of education. Every technical institution's curriculum needs to be updated because it is frequently out of date.

We have turned education into a commodity that must be purchased within a predetermined window of time.

It appears that the students receive a degree in exchange for their attendance at educational establishments. Their teachers do not support students in applying their intelligence and using their thoughts to get to logical and concrete conclusions.

They almost never discuss virtues like morality, compassion, ethics, loyalty, tolerance, persistence, constancy, integrity, honesty, and truthfulness.

Cultural Diversity

Students need to be taught respect and tolerance for all cultures because Pakistan is a multiethnic country.

It is imperative to promote not just the habit of reading books but also the development of logical, scientific, and critical thinking skills in children.

When all of these traits are united, they can become better people.

Lack of Technical Teachers

The lack of qualified educators is a serious issue. One teacher may instruct hundreds of students in some schools. Regular professional training is necessary to keep teachers abreast of current tactics and advancements.

In our schools, experiential learning is scarce. For example, teachers should take their pupils to the zoo if they are teaching about animals in order to help them better understand and learn.

Cramming V/S Knowledege Based Learning

Regretfully, we are primarily concerned with forcing pupils to memorize material and pass tests. Many higher education institutions' entrance exams reveal a lack of confidence in the marks that students have earned.

In this situation, implementing technology and advancing online learning via infrastructural upgrades are imperative. It is possible to establish start-up or institutional incubation centers.

Furthermore, there should be a severe and efficient crackdown on non-operational schools, particularly in Sindh and Balochistan.

Research and Development

More funding is needed for research and development at the tertiary level. Research techniques should also make more use of technology.

To help students pursue higher education, much-needed faculty development programs for supervisors should also be started in tandem with this.

It may be possible to raise the standard and quality of education in Pakistan by allocating resources wisely and implementing reforms and policy interventions.
