The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), a ministry initiative, encourages current graduates and postgraduates to submit applications for internships in Islamabad.

These internships are intended to equip young professionals with industry-specific skills and experience, putting them on the path to greater employability.

Key Internship Details:

Job Location: Islamabad.

Organization: Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC).

Duration: Two years (extendable depending on performance).

Eligibility: Open to both male and female candidates under 30 years old.

Internship Fields and Skills Needed:

The program provides numerous opportunities across several fields, including

• IT/computer science skills include MERN Stack, Python development, system architecture, Figma, and Canva.
• Finance and audit skills include budgeting, audit planning, risk assessment, and Excel/QuickBooks expertise.
• Marketing and research skills include content creation, data analysis, Adobe Suite, event organizing, and social media administration.
• HRM skills include recruitment, performance management, training, and understanding of labor legislation.

Eligibility and stipend:

Applicants must have a degree froman HEC-recognized institution and meet the stipend structure below based on their qualifications:

• Graduate (14 Years of Education): Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Postgraduate (16 Years): Rs. 60,000 per month.
• Postgraduate with Specialization (18 Years): Rs. 70,000 per month.

Additional conditions include a minimum CGPA of 3.0, or 70%, and completion of the degree within the last two years.
