Mohammad Sohail Afridi, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, introduced the province's Insaf Female Education Card initiative on Tuesday.

He described it as a revolutionary program that aims to increase young women's access to education throughout the province.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Frontier Women College, the chief minister stated that the program would offer free higher education to more than 55,000 female and orphan students at the intermediate level in public sector colleges. This would be a significant step toward gender equality and educational empowerment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to an official release, he claimed that the effort was an essential step toward empowering women through education, which was one of his government's top goals.

Women with education lay the groundwork for a robust, successful, and enlightened society. According to him, the fundamental tenets of the policies of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf are reflected in this vision.

Additionally, the chief minister declared that orphan kids who passed the most recent MDCAT will receive free higher education, demonstrating the government's dedication to helping talented but impoverished young people.

He stated that the province administration was taking comprehensive and long-term steps to guarantee equal educational opportunities for everyone and that no competent student should be denied an education because of financial limitations.

According to Mr. Afridi, the Insaf Female Education Card is a representation of women's rights to education, social justice, and gender equality.

He went on to say that it was not only an educational program but also the start of a societal change that would make Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a model province for encouraging women to pursue higher education.

"For the daughters of our province, this card symbolizes hope, confidence, and dignity," he stated.

The PTI-led administration has implemented transparent, merit-based, and result-oriented measures that will strengthen the province's education system in the long run, the chief minister said, highlighting continuing reforms in the field.

He claimed that since educated women not only supported their families but also played a crucial part in the advancement of the country, guaranteeing equal opportunities for women in all spheres of life was essential to the goals of his government.

Mr. Afridi praised the accomplishments of female students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, pointing out their increasing brilliance in a variety of professions. He said that the government would continue to assist their professional and academic development.

With the goal to give recent graduates real-world experience and better job prospects, he ordered officials to immediately begin an internship program for those with bachelor's and master's degrees.

"The next provincial budget will include additional funding to support women's education and guarantee their equal participation in all areas of development," he declared.
