Introduction:

The Project Management Unit (PMU) under the PC-I titled “Chief Minister’s ‘Plant for Pakistan’ Initiative, Punjab” invites applications for the recruitment of a Graphic Designer (PPS-7). The position is based anywhere in Punjab and is open to qualified candidates with a creative background in visual design and media.

Job Description:

Develop visually compelling designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Work on a variety of design projects including branding, print materials, digital graphics, and video content. Ensure visual consistency and effective communication through design.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphics that support the goals of the “Plant for Pakistan” initiative.
  • Design print and digital material for outreach, education, and promotion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret project needs and develop creative concepts.
  • Maintain brand identity and uphold design standards.

Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating visually compelling designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in branding, digital graphics, and video content is essential.
  • Age Limit: 23 to 30 years (age relaxation of 5 years for males and 8 years for females as per Punjab Govt. rules).
