Job Description:
Institution Heads:

• Oversee academic and administrative functions of the institution.
• Lead a team of teachers and staff.
• Ensure quality education and smooth operations.

Lecturers / Teachers (Subjects: English, Urdu, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Studies, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies):

• Deliver subject-specific lectures to students.
• Prepare lesson plans and course outlines.
• Assess and monitor student progress.

Responsibilities:

• Manage curriculum delivery effectively.
• Maintain discipline and academic standards.
• Support co-curricular and administrative school/college activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to improve teaching standards.
• Prepare students for board and internal assessments.

Requirements:
Institution Heads:

• Master’s Degree (M.Phil. preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of administrative and teaching experience.
• Must be a local resident of the area.

Lecturers / Teachers:

• Master's Degree or equivalent (M.Phil. preferred).
• B.Ed./M.Ed. qualifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching F.Sc. level is an added advantage.
