1. Manager ‘MIS’ (01 Position)

Job Description

The Manager MIS is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the organization’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficient data collection, storage, backup, and retrieval. The role includes overseeing system security, performance, and compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization's MIS for efficient data handling.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Monitor data integrity and system performance.
• Collaborate with external vendors and IT service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies for IT improvements.
• Identify and oversee business process-driven technology enhancements.
• Recommend, develop, integrate, and evaluate IT policies and procedures.
• Identify resource requirements for internal projects.
• Analyze data, reason logically, and apply creative problem-solving.
• Plan short- and long-term technology strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with strong academic performance.
• At least 5-7 years of experience, including 3 years of hands-on experience in related tasks.

2. Assistant Record Keeper (01 Position)

Job Description

The Assistant Record Keeper is responsible for maintaining proper records along with supporting documents related to applications, approvals, rejections, and payments. The role ensures proper data indexing for easy retrieval.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
