The Government of Punjab, under the Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services (DREAMS-I) initiative by the Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD), is hiring Project Incremental Staff for the Project Coordination Unit (Lahore) and City Implementation Team (Bahawalpur). The positions are contract-based for an initial period of one (1) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Position: Municipal Financial Management Expert

Job Description:

Lead and implement financial strategies for urban municipal services. Provide oversight and coordination for financial management under the DREAMS-I program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning and reporting in line with project goals.
  • Engage in resource mobilization and capacity building for municipal finance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Finance, CA, MBA, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years (preferably 2-3 years in Urban Governance or Municipal Finance).
  • Strong knowledge of municipal finance and resource mobilization.
  • Familiarity with public finance, tax systems, budgeting, and urban resilience practices.

Position: Manager Community Engagement
