Position: Municipal Financial Management Expert

Job Description:
Lead and implement financial strategies for urban municipal services. Provide oversight and coordination for financial management under the DREAMS-I program.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning and reporting in line with project goals.

- Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Finance, CA, MBA, or a related field.
- At least 5 years (preferably 2-3 years in Urban Governance or Municipal Finance).
- Strong knowledge of municipal finance and resource mobilization.
- Familiarity with public finance, tax systems, budgeting, and urban resilience practices.
Position: Manager Community Engagement
