Job Description:

As a Client Support & Marketing Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, developing customized marketing support plans, and ensuring timely execution of BTL (Below the Line) programs. You will play a key role in transforming creative ideas into real-world campaigns while aligning with client budgets and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs and project goals
  • Plan and execute BTL marketing programs from concept to completion
  • Develop creative, cost-effective marketing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, performance) for smooth delivery
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and prepare progress reports
  • Manage client expectations and provide consistent support
  • Adapt strategies according to budget, logistics, and timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, BTL marketing, or marketing operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Good command of planning tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
  • Familiarity with logistics or performance-based campaigns is a plus
