Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our team and take our clients' campaigns to the next level. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google's advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify high-value targets.
• Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with specific audiences.
• Optimize campaign settings, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data, identifying trends and insights to continuously improve results.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta and Google advertising.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
• Deep understanding of both platforms, including campaign structures, targeting options, bid strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms.
