Cab Dispatcher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cab Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. You will work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, and escalate customer feedback as required.

Responsibilities:

Education Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-standard work.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with a high level of resilience.
