Job Description:
This is an office-based part-time/full-time role for our new branch of HR Consultancy located in Gulberg, Lahore. Please ensure you are aware of the location before applying.
Responsibility:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Interacting with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Education Required:
- Candidates should hold either O/A levels/Bachelor’s degrees (Business, marketing, social media journalism, psychology, HR, Mass communication) from any educational background (we prioritize skills/interest over knowledge) or be current students of reputable universities. Fresh graduates with a background in marketing and media education will be preferred. Candidates should be able to promote and write good content and blogs.
Requirements:

- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must have a good grasp of Microsoft Office and software like Canva, etc. Training will be provided to potential candidates, even if they are fresh.
