HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Education Required:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR management roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
