Job Description
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the HR department in performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee record management, leave tracking, training coordination, and compliance. The role requires discretion, accuracy, and strong organizational skills in handling confidential employee data.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding of new employees including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Prepare payroll information and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (preferred).
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
