Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time, on-site International Procurement Specialist to support our U.S.-centered operations. The ideal candidate will manage global suppliers, oversee procurement processes, and ensure compliance with international trade and import regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage international vendors to meet U.S. quality and delivery standards
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers
- Issue and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare import documentation per U.S. regulations
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for shipment handling and cost tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in international procurement (preferably U.S.-focused)
- Strong understanding of incoterms, customs documentation, and global vendor negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
