Job Description:
Sparking Asia is seeking a performance-focused Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital funnels, ad operations, and campaign analysis, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage high-volume campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Implement account structures, targeting, bidding, and placements.
- Optimize campaigns using key KPIs like CPL, ROAS, and CVR.
- Use automation tools (e.g., RevealBot) for efficiency.
- Test and refine creatives, copy, and CTAs.
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams.
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies and marketing trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Expertise in ad funnels and campaign optimization.
- Strong grasp of ROAS, CPL, and performance-based metrics.
- Experience with ad tech and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willing to work on-site night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
