Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and travel management. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HR operations while promoting a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct employee orientations and oversee onboarding
- Complete necessary documentation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records in digital format
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment
- Collaborate with management on employee issues
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Manage in-house health insurance
- Implement and manage travel policies
- Monitor travel expenses and ensure budget compliance
- Coordinate with employees and travel agencies for cost-effective arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR policy formulation and employee relations
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR information management systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and maintain confidentiality
