Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends and insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign creatives, targeting, and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize performance marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in [industry/niche].
• Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
