Job Description:
Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art Ambulances, Mobile Healthcare Units, Firefighting & Disaster Response Vehicles, DSNG & OB Vans, Mobile Labs & Dispensaries, and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely procurement and avoid stock outs.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain and update supplier relationships, ensuring high service levels and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to recommend cost-saving strategies and improvements.
- Handle any procurement-related issues or disputes and resolve them efficiently.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, including expenditure analysis and savings achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience 2 years in procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel.
