Job Description:

Noah Tech is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our US-based packaging campaign. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time night shift position based in Garden Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries regarding packaging solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer records for long-term relationship building
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
• Handle multiple customer interactions professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
