Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to oversee financial transactions, tax reconciliation, banking operations, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage remittances, ensure tax compliance, and optimize financial processes using multiple software tools.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile direct and indirect taxes, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with Pakistani tax laws.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial records.
- Post journal entries and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and invoice processing.
- Monitor bank deposits, payments, and remittances.
- Ensure smooth payroll processing, including salaries and benefits.
- Utilize ERPs, accounting software, and payroll systems for financial reporting.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting business operations.
- Assist with audits, tax planning, and investment decisions.
- Supervise accountants and finance clerks, ensuring policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree/CA/ACCA (Preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax management, payroll, and banking operations in Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERPs, and accounting software.
- Experience handling bank transactions and remittances.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
