Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage tender advertisements, craft persuasive proposals, and strengthen client relationships. The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in bid preparation and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Track tender advertisements through various sources and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain liaison with identified clients to enhance business development relations.
- Conduct research and gather key information for bid submissions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and pre-qualification documents as per company standards.
- Perform risk assessments and address client concerns effectively.
- Acquire business development documents and create single-page summaries.
- Monitor deadlines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted and upcoming proposals.
- Ensure compliance with business development licensing requirements (P.E.C, ISO, etc.).
- Manage joint venture proposals and contract documentation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MBA/MSc preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, government contracting, or business development.
- Strong analytical and tender preparation skills.
- Proficiency in business development processes and Excel.
- Male candidates aged 25-40 preferred.
