Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and assist with document management.
- Support in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation.
- Help with employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with HR projects as assigned.
- Provide administrative support in other HR activities, including performance management and employee welfare programs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
