Job Description:
Snow Dream Studios GmbH is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and business expansion efforts. The role will focus on the German, USA, and UK markets, with responsibilities in B2B/B2C sales, CRM management, lead generation, and client conversions. Strong communication skills, experience with call center teams, and a proven track record in closing deals are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard white-label agencies and B2B/B2C clients in both local and international markets.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Upwork for lead generation.
- Conduct cold emailing campaigns and schedule follow-up calls.
- Handle final client calls to ensure successful deal conversions and project onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with clients in the German, USA, and UK markets to drive long-term business growth.
- Write compelling proposals and calculate budgets to secure contracts.
- Handover confirmed projects to the CTO or Project Manager for smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales targeting the German, USA, or UK markets.
- Strong knowledge of CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, and similar tools.
- Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, budget planning, and client handling.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (mandatory).
- Experience in cold emailing and call handling for client conversions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other client acquisition platforms.
