Job Description:

Ahmad Medix (Life Care), a leader in manufacturing ambulances and specialized vehicles, is hiring a Gate Officer / Gate Clerk to assist with the preparation and maintenance of gate passes and ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Inward Gate Pass (IGP), Outward Gate Pass (OGP), and Returnable Gate Pass (RGP).
  • Maintain accurate records of IGP, OGP, and RGP with proper documentation.
  • Compare data between manual records and ERP system.
  • Assist the Admin Manager with gate-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate or Graduation.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Gate Officer / Gate Clerk.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer literacy.
  • Salary Range: negotiation
