Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and reconciling bank ledgers and cash books.
Responsibilities:
- Document financial transactions (BP & BRs) in the WIZMEN system.
- Ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile bank ledgers with bank statements monthly or fortnightly.
- Analyze and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on financial costs and bank reconciliation.
- Calculate and generate FBR challans for tax deductions and government deposits.
- Reconcile CEO/MD’s cash and bank books bi-monthly.
- Maintain and reconcile cash books for various projects.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable.
- Review expenses, payroll records, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Address general account queries and assist with other duties assigned by the Head.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (M.Com or B.Com).
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or related industries.
