Financial Planner & Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Financial Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the financial operations of a construction project site, ensuring accurate reporting, expense tracking, and financial compliance. This role involves collaborating with project teams, managing cash flow, vendor payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. You will also support project managers in budget forecasting and provide financial analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, monitor budget adherence, assist with financial statements and audit preparations.
  • Expense Tracking and Management: Record and verify expenses related to construction and administrative activities, ensure timely vendor payments, and control costs.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash disbursements, handle petty cash, and ensure sufficient funds for financial obligations.
  • Vendor and Contractor Payments: Process invoices from vendors and contractors, verify claims, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and track resource usage.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
  • Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with project management for financial planning, liaise with central finance teams, and assist in forecasting costs.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze expenses, suggest cost-saving measures, and identify financial trends.
  • Customer and Member Billing: Assist in preparing and distributing invoices for maintenance and services, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Software Management: Utilize accounting software for financial processes, ensure software updates, and train staff on its use.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a construction or project management setting.

Education:

  • BBA Finance, B.Com Finance (Bachelor’s Degree).
